  • FARMERS CHOICE

    Farmer’s Choice bundle is our most well rounded cut option. This bundle includes pork chops, sausage, smoked bacon, fresh hams, and a few roasts for a pleasant variety. This is perfect for a large family, or someone who is interested in preparing their pork in a variety of ways.


    Ham: Sliced into steaks and fresh
    Bacon: Smoked and sliced
    Pork chops: 1.25” bone in
    Shoulder:  3 lbs/ea Roast
    Hocks: whole, fresh
    Bulk Sausage: ½ breakfast ½ sweet Italian
    Other: spare ribs, neck bones, back fat, lard, liver heart, and tongue

    Quarter: 4lbs. | Half: 7lbs. | Whole: 14lbs.

    Bulk Sausage selections are billed at an additional $1.89/lb boxed weight.

    Smoking Estimates

    The Sausage & Sear bundle is for sausage lovers who want to be able to have an abundance of our pork that is ready for a quick grill or fry and to be served. Perfect for busy people who aren't trying to spend too much time in the kitchen but want to feed themselves and their family only the best.

    The Family Roast bundle is for those who love to make roasts in the oven or even smoke their own meat. Perfect for those who love to host family and friends and serve them the finest pork, with plenty of leftovers to enjoy even later.

    Bacon: Smoked and sliced
    Lion: Kept whole for roast
    Shoulder: 3 Lbs. Roast
    Hocks: Kept whole
    Bulk Sausage: ½ breakfast ½ sweet Italian
    Other: spare ribs, neck bones, back fat, lard, liver heart, and tongue
